The news of outbreak of the deadly bird flu virus in India has deterred many an avid chicken eaters from tasting the bird.Even in our own hostel non-veggies have turned green, even though temporarily, and are queing up at veg tables.Lets hope the outbreak is contained quickly. On the flipside if that does not happen NIT might become the greenest place in India.GO GREEN

With reference to the short note written by Dheeraj on bird flu, I would just like to bring to notice a pt. mentioned in it. If the students of KBH stop eating non-veg., how would it make Nit-Ham the greenest place???? On the contrary, it would make all those students weak who are in habit of eating non-veg. frequently. Also i just wanna ask a question. Can a banned chicken grow a tree??? This question needs an immediate ans.
It must be mentioned to honourable newbie Aashish that going green or making the greenest place is a part of veg. vocabulary that stands for giving up all non veg items(whatever they may be) and sticking to plants(that are definitely green). It is suggested to the newbie to join some English vacab. course and then rejoin in the forum.
